Shipping

Domestic Shipping

The cost of shipping to all destinations (urban and rural) within New Zealand is a flat rate of $7 NZD. 

FREE shipping for orders $100 NZD and over (urban and rural).

 Expect your items to arrive within 3 - 5 working days from date of purchase.

International Shipping  

We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $20 NZD!

Returns

How to Return   

If you change your mind on your purchase, your makeup item can be returned to us in its orginal packaging and must be undamaged and unused. Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect from what you ordered, please let us know on receipt of the delivery and we will arrange collection of the item, and a replacement. 

Exchanges   

Items can be returned to us for exchange with 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged for a full credit to spend on a replacement item.
